Today we are going to discuss the imperial infant…..the ROYAL BABY… Yes the first baby boy of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Duke and Duchess of Sussex…By choosing to call their child Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, Harry and Meghan have decided not to use a title for their first born.

The couple reported their child’s name through a statement on their Instagram account on Wednesday 8 May. It came only a couple of hours after they initially acquainted the world with the young man in a sweet photocall. It’s been a bustling couple of days for the couple, who welcomed their first born in the early long stretches of Monday morning.

Before his name was declared, the bookmakers revealed that Alexander, James and Arthur were the most well known choices, while a huge flood had been found in wagers for the name Spencer – which would have been a gesture to Harry’s mom, Princess Diana.

Twitter users were eager to see that minutes after Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s new child Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor’s name had been made open, his official page on the family’s site was propelled. Be that as it may, there was hullabaloo on the web based life website when fans saw a gigantic blunder on the site page.

“Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor was born at 05:26 on Monday 6th May,” read his historic entry onto the Royal.UK website. “He is the first child of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and is seventh in line to the throne,” it continued. Of course, little Archie is the first son of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex – and Twitter was swift to respond that this was in fact a big error. Action was taken immediately and the tweet removed while the mistake was quickly corrected.

The newly-corrected web page gives up-to-date information about his birth and the members of the royal family who have met him. It reads: “The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Lady Jane Fellowes, Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Earl Spencer were informed and delighted with the news of Archie’s birth.

Fans may have anticipated that the illustrious infant should take his dad’s surname, Wales, or even Sussex in the comparable manner that his cousins Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have taken on the surname Cambridge after their folks, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Rather, the regal infant’s surname is Mountbatten-Windsor with regards to family convention. In 1960, the Queen and Prince Philip chose that their immediate relatives would be recognized from the remainder of the regal family, by having the surname Mountbatten-Windsor rather than Windsor. This reflected Prince Philip’s surname.

Harry and Meghan announced their son’s name on Instagram, by sharing a gorgeous photo of the Queen meeting her new great-grandchild. The caption read: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are pleased to announce they have named their first born child: Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. This afternoon Their Royal Highnesses introduced Her Majesty The Queen to her eighth great-grandchild at Windsor Castle. The Duke of Edinburgh and The Duchess’ mother were also present for this special occasion.” While Archie means true and bold, Harrison aptly means ‘son of Harry’.
