Recipe:
Kadhai Paneer:
Heat 2-3 tbspn oil
Take 250gms of Cottage Cheese
Add Paneer to shallow fry Once golden brown, take out in a plate n keep it aside
Add 2 chopped onions and 2-3 green chilli
Add a pinch of salt
1 tbspn garlic ginger paste
Add 2 chopped tomatoes
Add 4-5 cashews
Keep aside and cool it down the mixture,
Grind the ingredients and convert into paste
In a different panAdd oil 3-4 tbspn
Add ¼ tbspn heeng or Asafetida
1 tbspn jeera or cumin
Fry 1 medium chunks of Capsicum and 2 medium
1 chopped Onion
1 tbspn powdered chilli
¼ tbspn haldi or turmeric powder
½ tbspn coriander powder
salt to taste
pinch of kaali mirch or black pepper
¼ tbspn aamchur or dried mango powder
¼ tbspn garam masala
Add the paste
Add some water
Add fried paneer to gravy
¼ tbspn Kastoori methi or fenugreek seeds
chopped Hara dhaniya or coriander
For Missi Roti
1 cup Plain flour
1 cup Gram flour
Salt to taste
Chopped Dhaniya or coriander
Pinch of Haldi or turmeric powder
¼ tbspn Red chilli powder
3-4 tbspn Oil
1 Finely chopped onion
Kneed the dough, greece your hands and prepare like normal roti.
